Small update – 11/16/25

Good morning, this is going to be a quick small update.

October hit and a certain OS company decided that they know what's best for their users, such as forcing updates onto their computers without warning or regards to "stability". (I also had all of my Minecraft Bedrock worlds deleted in the same week.) Suffice it to say, I've been severely impacted by the end of Windows 10 support and am at a major crossroads.

I want to make the jump to Linux, however, I can't find anything that has been able to replace Office. It's just too easy on the eyes, though I really hate the newer versions... This is the only reason I have not updated to Windows 11, the OS has a terrible workflow compared to Windows 10, and it's the same with Linux. Well, of course there are many other issues, but this is the number one problem for me, and I just can't budge on it. Still, I've been looking into my options, and I think I will have to seriously consider moving to Linux in the near future. This will no doubt effect my projects, which is why I'm making this update.

This whole fiasco has set me back weeks. Mentally and physically, I've been burnt out from the stress it has caused me. It feels like I'm at constant war with my own computer for no reason.

Work continues on Making up for lost time, hopefully I will have better news to come soon.
